Whether you are a self-builder, architect or developer, you can use this page to ask a quick question, send drawings for review or discuss ongoing SAP Calculations. We respond personally and will tell you clearly what is needed for Part L and when a SAP or Part O assessment is required.

    We will explain which SAP Calculations, Part O assessments or other reports are required, together with costs and expected turnaround times.

    You decide how to proceed

    If you are happy to go ahead, we will send a link to book and upload your drawings. There is no obligation and no charge for asking a question or checking what Building Control will expect.
